Welcome every Wednesday together with your baby
Starting from 6 weeks after giving birth, you are welcome with your baby! You don't need any yoga experience. It is designed for women who want to strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.
The customised exercises for the baby help to stimulate the baby's body and motor skills.
