Starting from 6 weeks after you gave birth, you are welcome with your baby! You don't need any yoga experience. It is designed for women who want to strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. 

The customised exercises for the baby help to stimulate its body and motor skills.

Enjoy this class to give your body a moment to relax!
