Esther Hajdu graduated in 2017 as a dietitian and immediately started working in a hospital kitchen. She also started working as a part-time self-employed dietitian since the start of 2019. In August 2019 she gave birth to her first child leading to her growing  interest for childhood nutrition. She’s currently following a course about nutrition for young children and adolescents.

“The link between nutrition and health has interested my family for many generations, and has played a big part in my upbringing. That is why I think that a healthy nutrition is an important way to care for yourself and helping others achieving this has become a passion of mine to.

During our first consultation I try and  gather as much information as possible about your nutrition, personal situation and health goals. After this, we will draw up a plan together that suits your opportunities and desires.

My method is rather that of a coach. I like to work together with my clients to find achievable solutions that fit their personal situation. I also use motivational tools to help my clients keep their eyes on their goal.”   

Everyone who wants to eat healthier, lose weight or gain weight is welcome. I also work with pregnant women, women who have gestational diabetes, lactating women and new moms.
