Hypnobirthing helps you to experience pregnancy and birth in a relaxed and confident way. It uses relaxation, visualisation, breathing and self hypnosis.
Hypnobirthing will help you understand how the birthing body works, why we innately know how to birth without intervention, why medicalised labour hurts more and why it doesn't have to when done naturally, learning how to give birth instinctively. You can use this method in the hospital as well as at home.
Our group classes are in Dutch, for English speaking couples we offer individual consultations (several consulations of 1 hour). The best moment to start is between 20 and 30 weeks of pregnancy, this way you have enough time to exercise.
Starting from September 2018 we do not offer - temporarily - the group sessions/consultations. If you are interested, we recommend the book 'Hypnobirthing, the Mongan method' of M.F. Mongan!
